I casually glanced at the pic above and I thought I was in wrong thread as I have not seen that color before.

Turns out, it's the elusive walnut shell...AE needs to find a way to offer some. Amazing makeup.

The Kenilworth is my standard for a sharp, clean, purposeful dress shoe. So much so that I got it in black and brown.

Another great shoe which is on clearance and being discontinued by AE, hard to believe. I was considering a MTO in burgundy shell but that is no longer an option.

Early Access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale started today. They're selling a unique make-up of the Neumok. Seems to be a rough collection type leather with a light brown welt. The color is Acorn Hillfire. Might be a preview of a new color leather coming to us in the Fall.

Yeah, Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale AE shoe selection is almost dismal. I think it was the Park Ave, La Salle, and two Neumok variations. No Strand, no Delray, etc.

Well, at least it's a good time to pick some first quality black PA's for $242.90...

I'm able to see the walnut Strand on sale for $239.90 and the black McAllister for $242.90.

Maiden Voyage of my Saddle Brown Vernons. I've been breaking them in at home for awhile now. They fit great. They look even better. My new favorite shoe. The toe creasing bothered me at first, but I'm beginning to not mind it.

I can see the granny knot, but the requirement for symmetrical comes off a bit over the top. Maybe even stuffy.
