Threw on my Sea Islands to grab donuts, but the line is about 30 deep! Should've worn something warmer (or even socks would've helped)!

I took a look at the interior of the Belmont and... I wouldn't stick my foot in that.

I did order an AE olive belt this week. I figure better to buy now in case the $70 belt costs $140 in 2022.

I tried them on to make sure they fit, but I didn't even notice if they were already creased. The soles are unmarked.

All above posted shoes are 13D, and I'm just not happy with the fit. I did some very scientific research last night and used a cloth measuring tape and measured a tracing of my foot and getting that measurement in cm (29cm). This was followed by measuring the inside of a pair of 12D Pattons which fit me well (30cm) then I measured the inside of the Silverlakes and Higgins both come in around (32cm). Since they are both boots they are wearable, but I would rather move them on to someone who's foot is more that size and I can replace them with some size 12's for a better fit.

I have wanted to ask about the fit of those Silverlakes, and kept forgetting. I saw those on eBay when they were first listed several months ago.

I normally wear a 13B — Higgins Mill, for example. Sometimes I will wear a 13D or 14B if I want a little roomier boot. How do those Silverlakes fit compared to a Higgins Mill? Are they longer, or shorter? How about the volume of the forefoot area?

I also noticed that the interior of those Belmonts looked a little rough. That surprised me, since the exterior looked pretty good.

Stan's Donuts is a Bay Area staple and was voted best donuts in the Bay. This place always has a line, but it's worth the wait!

Okay, man! Well, if they are that good, then I guess it'd be worth the wait.

My favourite doughnut place is the 7th Avenue Doughnut Shop in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Don't got to wait there.
