I passed by it today.

I never realized that there is a river walk and nature trails behind it. It you call that creek a river. But still a nice little spot.

Although 42 of my 50 pair collection is AE, good evening and event shoes are needed. Yeah, I wore these out to get gas with my jeans. But none the less: Shoe Appreciation.

After a day of wear...why do my Strands fit better than any of my other AEs? Maybe better than any shoe I own. This feels completely different. I hope this is an anomaly.

AE Strands were my first pair of “real” grownup shoes. So comfortable, I took a swing dancing class at which I only wore my Strands (for the leather heels, easier to pivot in them). They are incredibly comfortable dancing shoes.

Happy belated Easter! Been with the in-laws all day. Easter outfit earlier for bright spring colors. Blue suede loafers for Elvis... Patriot in navy suede for Club Monaco. Such a great shoe.

Pastel pink pants that look washed out in the sun and custom BB button down.

Couldn't agree more. On the occasion when my wife and I can carve out some time for dance lessons, my go-to is a pair of two-tone (brown and walnut) Strands. They look sharp and make it easy to get around on the dance floor.

Like the seller said, a special version made just for the European market for a couple of years. They look like they're in great shape. If you're in the market for some black shell, not a bad price.

I spent some time researching the same pair since I was unfamiliar with this model and I noticed them right after they were listed. Just FYI, it looks like there may be a small nick right in the center of vamp on the left shoe. If you download the 6th pic and zoom in you will see what I mean. The mark on the edge of the toe doesn't concern me really but that nick might bug me. Hard to tell with certainty if it's natural to the shell, a mark in the finishing, or an actual nick.
