Alberto Bellucci briefcases - quality?

I'm looking for a quality briefcase. In the range of $300 - $450. Something stylish and pretty well made, but not crazy. I'll be commuting into NYC everyday with it. Business Casual most days.

I'm looking at Alberto Bellucci "Tuscany Triple Compartment Leather Messenger Briefcase". Made in Italy.

Any perspectives on how well made it is?

I need to upgrade from my current black backpack.
