Again, technically he DOES dress well. His clothes fit him well, are of quality material and construction and are picked with concise purpose and worn consistently to elicit a specific response. Actually, they don't fit him well.

The second outfit could work in a country music superstar kind of way. I could talk **** about the jeans, but they look remarkably like the 575s I used to have. I'd ditch the Eric Glennie boots though and go with more traditional cowboy boots-- even Swarovski crystals and embroidery would be acceptable in this case.

The yellow shirt and light wash denim combination in the first is eye ****.

He's not a peacock or a Chihuahua but a terribly misguided old bald man sporting heinous facial hair, teenager sunglasses, women's jewelery and sofa upholstery carved into ill-fitting cowboy shirts. There is no objective measure that could positively qualify this a success even if his personal goals are attained just as there are no positive cases of pedophilia followed by murder and cannibalism.
