^ maybe AS can do it for a slight up charge? I don't think it's too hard to do either. G&G did it for me on my Canterbury and it took less than a day. I would imagine that it's more of a logistical issue for AFPoS to have to coordinate which shoe is which. With that said, I too would prefer speed hooks

Thanks for the reply, we have even gotten an order page set-up. So, I couldn't agree more. If it happens, I am hopeful that calf will make it a little easier/quicker make-up.
Anyone else interested in the Blake? We seem to have three people. This is my last shoe purchase for the year.

Try something in the oxblood/ burgunday palate. I think it will look very rich on the Blake. If you go tthat route, I may commit. That is one color that my shoe wardrobe is lacking.

I would also pass in burgundy.

Burnished oak or mahogany are my choices, with a preference toward the burnished oak.
