I understand what it is, but my only bone to pick with you is that you seem to dress in an anachronistic manner at times. In that sense, at least, you are in good company with Mr. Flusser. I don't disagree with any of the principles being espoused here -- I think -- but as others have mentioned, sometimes it would be better if you chose to "put this on" rather than "put that on."

I don't know the shop. If the clothes sold there are good, that puzzles me even more - shouldn't he represent his brand?
