A Certina watch - is it any good?

Hello,

I have found this watch in a charity shop and wondered whether it was worth buying. I don't know much about watches, but I liked it, so I wanted to turn to a reliable resource such as SF.
What do you think? Is it worth buying? The price is 20GBP.
It's a Certina, winded. The numbers on the back read: 34878 162367






EDIT: Also, what's your opinion on a Tissot Seastar PR 516? (Same shop, Price 40GBP)
