A size 10 Sutor fits me nice and snug. No heel slippage and no space in the heel, a bit of space in the toe box. A size 10 AE Westgate fit me a bit looser, some space in the heel and toe. A size 9E (UK) C&J 337 fits me similar to the Sutors
