Jacked and tan isn't enough, either. Ripped, jacked, amped, cut, maxxed, pumped, veined, blocked, shredded, N-tense, hairless and tan. And there's a supplement out there for each one, except the hairless.

I'm also a member over at the John Stone Fitness forums, and it's a very friendly and educational place to learn about all types of fitness. I've lost 40 lbs in the past 7 months and I'm much healthier than I was when I began. I'm almost finished my weight loss and can't wait to go buy a bunch of new clothes. After all, that's why we're here, right?

www.johnstonefitness.com - check it out, it really feels great to be exercising regularly!

Clearly you've never been around Asia. We're as obsessed about being skinny as you westerners. Also, those living in impoverished conditions are just or more likely to be obese as middle-class people.

True, but 6% body fat is nuts, especially if he tries to maintain that all the time.

^Once you get into a fitness lifestyle, it's not that hard to maintain single-digit bodyfat. True, six percent year-round takes some work, but I don't think he maintains that level all the time. Probably fluctuates by a few percentage points throughout the year.

John Stone is a great guy. Very inspirational.
