Only snag is that some of the Bagru Mountain hoodies have seemingly disappeared on their way from CT to us. I opened a claim on them 20 minutes ago and will advise as I know more.

Ah, so that's where my hoodie has been. I swear, I may the unluckiest 18E customer there is.

Last time I had a return I gave it a week after the tracking said they received it and then sent a follow up email. They sent the credit over within an hour of receiving the follow up. Customer service has been super responsive for me since they hired the new guy a few months ago.
