I disagree. it looks fine as it is. He’s wearing the coat with a thin knit, but with a chunkier sweater the sleeves will move up a bit. Plus he’s muscular so shorter sleeves would ruin the proportion a bit imho. Regarding the button thing, it’s part of the aesthetic, the designer’s vision.- Moonchild

Isn't actually due to wrong sizing? What's the general opinion about the sizing? I have my eyes on a pair of their Guidi-like Derbies (with the slight upwards front)... I wear 41 TTS, large foot.. Fair enough... actually the shorts are made of thick Japanese wool so sort of warm... and the Robert Geller cardigan weaving is quite loose, so the warmth really depends on what you’re wearing underneath (had the sleeves rolled up) The scarf is cotton /silk veil, more decorative than practical...- Moonchild

Made for Japan pieces definitly exists. I’m not sure if that includes totally exclusive clothing/shoes/accessories, but there are runway items that are made in different colors, fabrics, etc exclusively for the Japanese market.
