What can I do to make the fit of these pants better through MTO?

I’m okay with the fit of these but moving forward, if it’s possible I’d like to try to have my pants corrected through MTO programs. I tried collaro but my end result was leas than desirable. My main issues are that I have a hip misalignment and my knees hyper extend backwards. I believe I will likely need to go bespoke for these issues but was curious if there any easily fixable issues on the seat and hips:

The pants are too tapered and the back rise is too long. The seat also a little full.

IMO, would be easier to get these things corrected and addressed by a tailor in-person.

Thank you so much! I was thinking the same. Unfortunately there not real good tailors around my area from what I know. And one quoted me a lot for MTM trousers, not even bespoke.
