Should I get various types of trousers

I am new to buying trousers and have been struggling to get suitable RTW pants since my legs are long and skinny. Recently I found a Brooks Brother khaki (waist 30) that fits me well after the length getting tailored a bit. However, as you know, BB's American style runs relatively fat (idk the word to describe it). As someone who is only 22, I also want to look into Italian style that's slim and more trendy.

So I had an idea of getting same color trousers of different fits (regular, slim fit, and maybe cropped), anyone else does this? Also as someone who is naturally skinny (not that I don't workout, I play soccer a lot but kinda have Neymar's body type and high metabolism :), are there any recommended slim fit pants brand lines?

Thank you!
