I threw down a few more that were mentioned in the thread -- just guesstimates. If anyone has experience & thinks they're mismatched (e.g. 005s don't compare to NCs or 511s, or 19cms don't compare to 811's) they can be changed easy enough

i'd also put Flathead 3001/F310 as a 3

i wear a 34 in those suckers, whereas i wear a 31 in RRDS, a 30 in Rescue, a 32 in Ironheart, etc...

I've been eyeing a pair of fullcount 1108s. Anyone care to shed some light on where these would go on the chart?

Okay, here's what I did. I went to BiG & Self Edge's websites and took measurements for jeans. I didn't bother with STF jeans that didn't have post-soak measurements with the exception of flatheads on SE's site (and I didn't account for shrinking in these). I took a weighted average for Thigh, Knee, and Leg Opening. All measurements were taken based on a 32 (or closest to in some cases) waist. This is not necessarily indicative of tagged size. The rise was not considered so this is obviously somewhat inaccurate.

For all three measurements I weighted:
Thigh = 0.5
Knee = 0.25
Leg Opening = 0.25

For those with only thigh & leg opening (SE):
Thigh = 0.75
Leg Opening = 0.25

I took these weighted averages and sorted in Excel. Here's what I came up with:

For the most part it seems to be *roughly* accurate, but it was by no means an exact science. At the very least it should give some grounds to go by.

BiG and SE don't measure the thigh at the same place. BiG measures right at the crotch while SE is one inch below.

I feel that the FH F310 is slimmer than the PBJ XX005
