+1.

I find the thought of trying to replace the stuff in my wardrobe that's no longer made or isn't as good as the old stuff while being much more expensive (Helmut Lang jeans and sneakers, Chester Barrie or CB for RLPL sportcoats and suits, Pringle/Ballentyne/McGeorge cashmere, RLPL polo shirts without the goddamned horse, a beautiful G1 flight jacket I picked up at Carroll & Co a few years ago, Luciano Barbera buttondowns, and so on) to be depressing.

Old thread, but I'm starting over for the second time after makeing some poor decisions/purchases my first time around. Plus, getting into fashion + buying 'expensive' clothes while losing 50 or so pounds is never a good idea...who knew. I'll be starting over next month, or after I get my tax refund check.

- 1 pairs of premium denim (apc, n&f, or momotaro)
- 4 pairs of cotton chinos (navy, khaki, olive, and black...maybe one colored chino like plum, blue, or red)
- 1 or 2 pairs of wool pants (jil sander)
- 1 suit (bb black fleece)
- 1 blazer (navy)
- 3 pairs of casual leather dress shoes (trickers, alden, carmina)
- 2 pairs of sneakers (vans converse - white, black)
- 2 jackets
- 3 or 4 dress shirts (slim fitting - white and sky blue)
- 6 button downs
- 5 wool sweaters (2 v-neck,1 crewneck, and 2 cardigans)
- tshirts from uniqlo
