FRIDAY CHALLENGE February 13, 2015 Valentine's Day Challenge

[An Acute Style]

In honor of Valentine's Day, this week's Friday Challenge is all about the color of love.

The rules are simple; wear something red. Note, burgundy, maroon, and pink are not red.

Shirt, tie, jacket and pants required.

Submissions must be posted by Sunday 9.00 am eastern standard time.

Fits need to be from this week, though not necessarily Friday. Voting will be multiple choice.

Thought about nantucket red pants or red gingham shirt, but when the temperature is is expected to plunge to minus a lot, it just didnt feel right. Then I found a vintage red wool challis deep in the closet.

I suspect we'll see a lot of red ties for this challenge; here's mine:

Hi all,

very hard challenge as burgundy, crimson, pink and all other kind of reds are not allowed.
I have to say that I don't really like this colour (except for the socks), but if it was easy, it would not be a challenge.
I tried to make a coherent outfit with this Brooks Brothers SC made with a Loro Piana PoW, with a discret red overcheck.
I got the tie when I was groom at a friend's wedding. I think it's the reddest I have (and the second time since this wedding I'm wearing it)
The PS is a RJcat made by Kent Wang
And the socks are made by Mazarin for the excellent house Mes Chaussettes Rouges.

If I must choose, let this be my official entry.
