8D TTS? If you can wear an 8D in Alden Barrie you can wear a 7.5UK Carmina. I would imagine that even if they were big that they would not be a full .5 big and an insole could help take up some volumeAs a heads up, I just noticed that some Carminas have been put on sale. I really, really want those snuff suede double monks, but I think the UK7.5/US8.5 may be a 1/2 size too large since I typically wear a US8D. Ugh.

I believe the Inca is a medium width for Carmina so it will not have as much volume up front as the Barrie. However, are you wanting to wear this shoe barefoot or with a very thin sock?
