You'd think that AI would be easily able to pick up keyword spamming. Unbelievable!

Out of curiosity, what shoe is it?Well, interesting case I have never had happen yet in ~8 years of eBay...
I out up high end exotic shoes... get tons of views instantly...
Dude offers ~50% of my price. I decline, say thank you but I can't go that low, and counter with my lowest.
He then ups his original offer, with no reply, by a few dollars. I decline again. He then comes up another couple dollars...
I end up adding him to the block list at this point.
24 hours later, dude makes another account (like the account name is the same with just a different number, and same state - obviously him, he doesn't really hide it) He ups his offer again. I decline... he offers a couple dollars more again.
At this point I really don't want to do this - I obviously am very concerned he will scam me. What in the heck can I do? Haha.

If you’re positive he’s setting up new accounts, you can report the profiles for being used to get around your block list.
eBay used to care about this, though I haven’t dealt with this for years.
obviously a buyer to avoid, what are their usernames?
Just wait until he opens the return. That said, I'd be surprised if you win. I've seen that similar fact pattern several times (buyer says it's not as described even when it is). I'm convinced it's buyer's remorse and they know how to work the system. A few years ago, eBay would side with the seller. Nowadays, buyers pretty much always get what they want (even if your listing is 100% accurate). How do i proceed with this one? ..an international sale; I listed the boots as "brown", but he's saying they're not as described, but rather "dark olive" without being able to provide any photos showing they're not a brown. What do i do? he hasnt opened a return ticket yet, but i think he's going to once he sees im not budging
Must be the same guy that wanted to return a Pendleton wool hat years ago because it was "Olive Green not Olive Brown". Olive is a highly interpretive term and can appear as green or brown to different eyes. It's the same with "Light Gray, Mid Gray, Medium Gray".How do i proceed with this one? ..an international sale; I listed the boots as "brown", but he's saying they're not as described, but rather "dark olive" without being able to provide any photos showing they're not a brown.
