Sporting brooks bros pants and shoes today. AE Warwick for BB. They might be the only reason I haven't pulled the trigger the current chili monkstrap offers.

Happy Monday forum pals. I am posting this picture because I just love this makeup of MacNeils and it makes me happy. It's not mine, and the owner of the shoes can claim credit when he sees them.

Let's bring up the bourbon question again.

Say a fella has a pair of bourbon Mora 2.0's. And they got a turrible (at least in his mind) scratch in the toe. Enough that a fingernail catches when lightly drug across it. It's clearly visible and much lighter in color than the rest of the shoe.

How does one go about disappearing this as much as possible?

Monday strands as well.

Loving Bourbon so much better than dark chili/brown. Still need a pair in Walnut, but am torn between Bartlett or Liverpool (wallet won't let me do it anytime soon and I still need to figure out my fit in both lasts).

Travelers Note: In Tempe checkout The Moxy hotel, most eccentric Marriott property I've been to so far.

Open closet concept shows off wardrobe for the week, chose bourbon strands and oxblood fifth aves this trip (adidas samoa/birkenstocks for after hours).

Traveler question: Shoe trees for long trips or stuff with clean socks?

Ready for breakout jam sessions. That is a turnstile on the desk with Jimi Hendrix Experience and Led Zepplin II vinyls.

Some of the room decor

Video games in the lobby? Yes thank you. Watched the super bowl down there last night.

I would fill it in with dark wax polish and call it "patina" from here on out. Depending on where it is on the toe, possibly going for an antique effect.

Dark as in dark brown, or just go straight black? I have a ton of black kiwi hanging around from the good ol' days when we polished our boots, but now that we wear suede (and I realized how bad Kiwi is for good leather) I'm down to just get whatevs. I'm assuming Saphir but will await a color sherpa. :D

Wearing the oft-forgotten Fairfax. I believe this was AE's last wholecut.

These were my first AE's.

Also worth noting, these are my best fitting 65 last. TTS.

If the hotel does not have closets, where do you hide the hookers?

Also interested in the answer to the bourbon fix, i hit the scuffed areas with AE premium bourbon cream on Sat but that is just too light. Plan on going darker next weekend, either chili or black (AE premium cream still), if that doesn't work I might breakout the ole kiwi wax. Pics from one bourbon treatment below:

Black is what you need.
