I've been interested in GRP for a while but I am unsure of the sizing (described as trim on the site). Understood, there will be some give but how much can I expect? I see anywhere from a .3" to a 1" difference between sizes. Does anyone have insight/recommendations?

They are true to size. I am size 54 and GRP size 6 fits me perfectly.

On the other hand, I'm a slim 52 and got a 54 Valstarino and it's still extremely fitted 🤷‍♂️
it really depends on body type. But in general for most "regular" people sizing down from Valstarino should be fine.

Morning everyone, any good alternatives to orSlow fatigues?

I really love the materal but I'm not convinced with how they fit (regular and slim). The regular army is too wide and vintage looking, rise is too long, and while I can appreciate the fit, its not something that I would wear a lot. The slim fit fatigues are perfect in the top block but they are too tapered for my liking.

Is there any good alternative with a more straight slim fit?

Thank you and have a nice day.

Valstar vest is seriously so good. The Siena colour looks great with denim. Also ft. Wythe flannel peekin’

Well, they aren't a boutique brand but Stan Ray fatigues are a lot less expensive, come in slimmer straight silhouettes and are tough. I have an undyed cotton pair, actually, that I dyed with kakishibu.

3sixteen is another good option, especially if you prefer buttons to a zipper. 3sixteen fatigues are a perfect midpoint between the two Orslow shapes.

The Tellason fatigues look pretty slim.

I think there’s probably better places to discuss product not carried by nmwa. This is their official affiliate thread and seems like it should focus on product they carry.

So I’d say 3sixteen.
