Before I pull the trigger on this jacket, I want to see what you guys think of it:

The colour of the jacket that I tried on was dark brown.

Do you guys think this jacket is too trendy? I am looking to buy a leather jacket for long term wear.

Also, how tight this kind of leather jacket should fit? When I tried this jacket on, I noticed that it fitted well around shoulder and upper arm areas (no extra leather buldging out).

I'd have to try that one on and see how it looks cropped and with the sized-down pockets. But since you have seen it in person and like it, I'd say yea. Fitted is good. Dark brown is good.

If he's paying retail, probably 12-14. Which one is this? It's like the Panther without the shoulder patches and belt. Anyway, if you like it and can afford it, it's a good jacket. Most Belstaff stuff is.

It costs expensive.

I want one too though, and I'm sure they're worth it. A Belstaff will most likely be my first leather jacket.

That's a chunk of change, but it's not too expensive considering it lasts a lifetime. And it looks better the longer you wear it. I'll probably get one once I'm out of school.

It is shorter than the Panther, waist length, with sized down pockets. Not sure of the model name, Brad maybe?
