In an unrelated post, if size 10 in the Heschung Mustangs is slightly tight, not broken in, would 44 be a decent choice for the Buttero lows?

Just a thought: take the time and a few appointments with a physical therapist or physical medicine specialist to assess whether the dropped shoulder you wrote about here and the pelvic positioning here is structural in nature. It is very unlikely that it is.I probably could have tugged at it a bit and let it settle and it would have gotten more even. But I think this is a problem everyone with uneven shoulders (I.e. almost everyone) faces to some extent. Do you not usually see that happening on your suit jackets and SCs?

Shoulder and pelvic positioning can be corrected and maintained easily by restoring proper tissue length/strength along with correcting habits/posture that caused the imbalance.

I have been working on it with a trainer for a few months now - but I didn't write much about remedies in my post because 1) I'm not a physical therapist and 2) it's difficult and takes a while. It's not like you just do some situps at night and everything works out.
That said - yes, these (very common) problems can often be fixed if you work at them.

Serious comment: I was working on the same thing with a trainer, and then got very worried that it would ruin the fit of my bespoke clothes, so I stopped.
Ironically, I keep on a steady workout regiment because I'm worried I'll no longer fit into my bespoke clothes. The clothes are far too expensive to replace if I gain too much weight.

I do that as well. Because of bespoke, I basically need to remain a heavily underweight guy with poor posture.
I'm kind of concerned about it too, but 1) my posture/drop isn't THAT bad, so hopefully correcting doesn't solve too many fit issues 2) I've been getting in better shape generally through exercising, so my body is changing anyway. 3) On the whole, I think if I can just cancel out the effects of aging I'll be doing pretty well on both fronts.

Did you stop working out because you thought it would change your posture or the added muscle mass? Isn't that what the drape is for as well as the seam allowances?
