Only one pair included bags, which I'm pretty sure all Aldens come with so you are taking a gamble there. The rest look like they were possibly looked over but certainly never worn, they each have the box, paper, plastic bags, etc. Nothing was laced, I laced them myself. No outsole marks of any kind.
Which sole on the high boot? edit: nvm, saw in other thread.

sweet!

Tarmac, these 3 shoes are going to outlive you and also your children..

they may even be archaelogical finds in the year 3074, still intact and wearable.

Thanks for the pics. Even though I have a few pairs of shells, it's great to see others.

The #8's are the 4060 model and the black's are the 4065.

Beautiful boots! Is it just me or do your #8's have lace hooks?

Yes, those 4060's have lace hooks. It looks like there are different versions of these floating around from the recent Alden sale, some with lace hooks and others with none.

Very nice. I have the Alden Indy and much prefer lace hooks to eyelets at the top of my boots. I may have to call TeamShoe to see what style they have in my size.

they are amazing. My first pair of boots and they are simply amazing. rich sweet smell to them, decadent feel, very heavy,
and easy to put on and laceup,
i thought they would be hard to get my feet in and out but it is not since it is a derby boot.

thanks Tom!!
