You should try Original Santal by Creed. The longevity is pretty good too, and I love the woody smell of it.

I like tuberose a lot, and so I was really excited to try this when it came out. It's one of those that I should like based on the notes, but I just don't. For me, it's the peppery top that ruins it.

Lolita Lempicka for me today.

Wore that today as well. Wonderful vetiver.

How do you find the projection though? No one could smell it on me even though I sprayed 4 good ones.

My skin seems to be drinking up everything I put on... :\\

It doesn't project much on me either. Do you moisturize? Moist skin helps retain scent better than dry skin.

Yep I do. It's humid and hot here as well.

I can still smell it on me 12+ hours later, but it has stayed really close to the skin the entire time though.

I don't mind it since I can smell it myself in whiffs, but most of the frags I've tried so far, no one has been able to smell on me (Terre D'Hermes edt, guerlain l'instant and intense, etc.). Strange seeing how people comment on how potent some of these are.

So want to get myself some of this when I make it back to the USA. The greenest thing I've taken a crack at as of yet was a few sprays of Creed Original Vetiver layered with one or two of Selection Verte.

I've never been able to smell anything from Terre, even coming straight from the bottle.

Cool water I assume?

After hearing all the comments about GIT smelling exactly like cool water, I smelled Cool Water for the first time at Macys and they do have a slightly similar opening but I would say I can easily tell them apart. Cool water is nothing like GIT, but still it is probably a good & affordable staple scent.

(I actually dislike the original quite a bit.)

Thanks. From what I'd read about Concentre, I was leaning that direction. I've sampled the original but it's been a while and I can't really remember it well.
