there should really be detailed sizing info somewhere at the beginning of the thread. RRL sizing really depends on the run. some runs fit true, others don't. that being said every pair i have come across recently (past 3 months) have been marked correctly in terms of length. btw does anyone have the denim shipyard peacoat? i wanna see how people are freakin that. looks ill. like a combo of galliano and mister freedom WTF?!

Semi-PSA: Polo outlet in Woodbridge, VA has a bunch of RRL cashmere cardigans in navy, all size small. They are Icon, in a light cashmere with two front lower pockets. They retailed for $500, and are on sale for something around $105, IIRC. They honestly seemed very plan and nondescript to me, which is why I imagine they didn't sell. But thought I'd post in case anyone is interested.

i am def interested. where are those made? i never looked at the sweaters much at mott st cause the prices are out of pocket.

But had several in Small yesterday. Felt like soft wool, but also seemed lighter weight. I really intended this to be a PSA but might be able to proxy next week. Feel free to PM and we'll see what we can do.

I have that sweater and it is awesome.

so affiliate store Blake is looking into sponsoring a RRL contest involving the selvage office chinos ... rock em like raw denim with little, to no washing and post pics of progress! those that are interested PM me please so i can start gathering a list

They do have that same cardi (color, style) in 100% cashmere. They're all over on ebay and a bunch of SF sellers were and probably are still selling them for around $100 or so (members prajna and stuua, iirc).

went to Boston Barney's this afternoon and tried on the slim fit and low straight. I have to say that low straight have a better fit than slim fit, even tho slim fit was recently endorsed on March GQ.

I also noticed that all the slim fits in Barney's has no back pocket stiches. But the low straights still has those fancy stiches.

it was 2 weekends ago at the polo ralph lauren store. the mansion and all of the physical RRL stores shipped sale items to one place
