So far, the most useful thing I've learned is that there's some cat up in Westminster MD (Elio) who apparently makes fantastic MTM stuff, and I'd never heard of him or English American at all before logging on here.

I'd heard of a few of the operations that deal with him (i.e. Tom James), but I didn't know the factory itself was so close to me and that you could just go straight there.

Seems like there are a lot of DC people on here. Needs regional sub-boards.

Be very specific with Elio. His style tends to be low and loose, and I honestly do not like my jacket (after multiple 3-hour round-trips to Westminster) even though the fabric is excellent. I will not be returning, but perhaps you will have better luck.

Sums it up... I've been redoing my whole wardrobe following these tenets.

I've got to disagree here. Shoes can break anything. The outfit has to work first.

- The difference is in the details
- FIT > Color > Quality
- George Clooney makes everything look good - I'm not George Clooney

If your cat pisses you off, piss on him.

I've learned that if Voxsartoria asks for a cup of coffee,
a majority of members will be searching for the "real" meaning.
