I agree. I don't think I could do lapin a la moutarde + lentils. Too much earthiness in one plate. I like a simple white rice with that too - it works well to sop all the sauce.

Right now: San Daniele Prosciutto, FraMani salame toscano, fresh baked sourdough, canteloupe, and 1/4 of a goat cheese pyramid.

Later: Peaches grilled w/ brown sugar, and whipped creme fraiche.

Had some baked off Brussels sprouts and some Thuringer I smoked a month or so ago and froze.

I just had to add to this threa for the first time.

Tried out the new Bar Boulud at the Mandarin Oriental here in London last night after friends recommending it.

Bit of a cliche but I truly had one of the very best burgers I have ever had in my life.
