I really dig the top pair, but the bottom's can be had for a fifth of the price. The Yuks do seem to be bulky and heavy looking.

Black ones have a nice wax finish, dark brown ones have that awesome marbled color. I already have a pair of brown boots though, I'm missing a good pair of blacks. If I had more money I'd go for both

I like the back entrance zip, can't fathom doing those laces up each and every time. Marc Jacobs did a nice white high top with back zip which I wanted but they didn't have my size so ended up doing a rash purchase of another designer.

Like the diors, I think it can be pulled off. I'd take these over the RO high-tops.

poell is just too expensive imo.

anyway, do i want a 42-50" lcd tv (i already have a 32") or do i want a junya mackintosh?

Love those saw them a few days ago. From my limited experience Dior trainers are really good quality. Its quite strange that Kris Van Asche made a similar pair for his own line, but less structured.

Van Assche used to design for Dior - seen lots of delectable clothes in Paris and Antwerp and fast becoming top 10 designers.
