I once got a bunch of really bad buttons from MJ TRIM. They were faulty beyond a doubt, but they refused to refund my money or give me a credit. They tried telling me a button missing about 30% of its content (big chip) was 'natural variation'. They defined that term so liberally as to make nothing capable of being faulty.

I think he means those. I ordered a lot of those and replaced all buttons on a three-piece vintage suit. Lovely buttons, and great service.
