Matt has specific reasons. Does anyone else? Either it's mostly forum culture, or it's mostly due to something about mensimageconsultant, something that possibly might change. It would be nice to be listed in this sort of poll. The breadth of style knowledge comment was dead serious.

My closed-minded working class attitudes keep me from ever truly being knowledgeable.

In my professional life, I try to live by a motto that was taught to me by a very well-known and respected lawyer around these parts: "often wrong, never in doubt."

Relax. The poll is ridiculous. rnoldh is insane and only you, Tokyo Slim and Fuuma are taking it seriously and I for one find your breadth of style knowledge "breadth" taking. Sorry I wasted my vote on Rube. Ignore Matt, he is just a hater.

I am? If I were taking it seriously I'd be cheating right now.

Why don't you create a poll and the forum will give you specific reasons why people don't like you. Make sure one of the options is "All of the above". Thanks.

Does insane differ from crazy?

I will admit my "breadth of knowledge" is shallow.

I know a few things very well but I'm completely lacking on many things.

Sometimes I think I'm the Rodney Dangerfield of SF.

If the poll were about Knowledge of Reynosa Whores or Centerfolds Club in Richmond Ave., I still wouldn't win!

Here's a Pink Cinderella Boot I put on stage 2 of Centerfolds Club tonight. It was Friday soul saving night at the club and all the girls had the chance to win the other boot. It's probably still on stage 2. If anyone in Houston goes by there, 6100 block of Richmond ar Greenridge, they can have the other boot and $100:

Pink Patent leather with 7" heels. Isn't it beautiful? Would go great with a pink cashmere tie

PS: I just noticed that conne has 8 votes ( double my total ). I know he's in Ohio or upstate New York ( or some God forsaken place ). If no one claims the boots, he can have them. He does have experience at selling pink gifts.

"Insane" just sounded funnier to me at the time.

You are one of my favorite poasters, rnoldh. Your knowledge of various semi famous characters is far more interesting to me than say how a seven fold tie is constructed or imagined divots on a sleeve head.

My poast was just a joke making fun of Mensimageconsultants earnestness. I actually like all the people I mentioned and thats why I singled them (and you) out for abuse.

Let me take you on a tour of the seamier side of Rio de Janeiro (not the tourist crap on the Lido or Avenida Atlantico). Its Space Mountain and Pirates of the Carribean combined compared to Reynosas Tea Cup ride.

I wouldn't take it personally Rube. What choice did he have after being confronted with the compelling case presented by teh MIC?

Yeah, its nothing personal, Rube. Your mescaline summer will always be impressive to me but Mensimageconsultant has a grinding hunger to be recognized and you are already pretty well fed on this forum.

Ah.
Thanks for the clarification. Although I do agree that a vote for me was a ballot wasted.

To be recognized more than ridiculed, at least. It seems like almost every long-time poster with a related website is deemed an expert, even though some of them have very narrow, arcane knowledge and some of them aren't so nice. A thread asking about it would be deemed "Kick me" -> "earnest," not "stupid."

Can you give us some instances of the breadth of your knowledge? I personally have no recollection of it being demonstrated here. Common sense stuff doesn't count.
