Potential Manton voters need to consider how die-hard Matt's constituants are before they make any rash decisions. Should the poll go inter-forum and Manton is put up against Cruiser, can we be certain that Matt's voters would back up Manton as SF's representative?

I think Matt may have a better chance against Cruiser (the obvious candidate in opposition) because his pinksunglass-wearing legions won't vote for someone so staunchly opposed to brightly colored eyewear, yet Manton's voters rarely stray from the forum-line and would just as quickly vote for Matt when the race escalates beyond intra-SF status.

While I am gratified to have the good opinion of so many, I just want to say (in the interest of fairness and honesty) that the only, or the main, reason that it appears to a lot of people that I know so much is because -- unlike the majority of the people in CE -- I only ever talk at length about things I actually know something about. But if you pay attention you will see fairly quickly that the list of those things is very short.

Yes. He turned down the brandy and asked for tea, but otherwise seemed fine.

Matt 16 and JLibourel 16 as I type.

I've got to agree with this.

Different types of knowledge, but undeniably knowledgeable.

I'm at 6 ( Thanks to you last 2 ) and RJman is at 9!

IMO: RJ is definitely more than a 3 to 2 leader over me but it's a democratic poll.

Today I was asked to assist someone in a race for a Houston Councilman at Large position. The election is on Tuesday so it will be tough. But I'll give it 100%. They probably want me to call in some favors and call some heavy hitters.

I'll do it though I guess it's not knowledge per the poll's definition. It's one of the reasons I love Houston so much. Something like this would have been unimaginable in NYC.

I will not politick on SF, but if anyone is a registered Houston voter and wants to PM me, please do so. The candidate is excellent and I'm doing it strictly for good governance and no personal gain.

Dude, you are the only one who cares about those psycho-babble studies you love to cite and who thinks they have anything to do with style and good taste.

Every post can be summarized thusly: "Looks trump everything else, that's why you need a men's image consultant!" I mean, even AF is saying, "Dude, you need some new material."

Shorter than JLib's - perhaps. No shorter than anyone else's IMHO.
