******* AT&T. They sent me a refurbished modem for the new DSL service. Now I don't have a problem with this, but I think a new customer could at least get a NEW modem. So I call them up and ask if they'll send over a brand new modem. "Sure, we've got no problem with that, but we can't tell the distribution warehouse what to do." So I ask them if it's possible that it could be notated in the order to send me a new modem. "Sure, we can do that." What arrives via UPS today? A refurbished modem.

The weather has gotten cold and raining again, go Scotland. This timed perfectly with the complete failure of my flats boiler so taking ice cold showers in an unheated flat in cold rainy weather. Awesome.

My brother, he got caught in a huge lie with his girlfriend and she came to me to ask what was going on. I didn't lie or completely tell her the truth (don't want to hurt her at all) but I wanted her to know she isn't crazy.

My gawd, our condo board has been infiltrated by two high school girls one of whom has to back-bite the other at every chance. The other just can't resist rising to the bait. I have exactly two days left to serve and I'm embroiled in an e-mail exchange that I have no desire to be a part of. I just want them to all shut up.

People that change lanes on the interstate when you are next to them and in the process of passing them(from the left of course). Btw there were no other cars around for at least a quarter mile ahead or behind us.

Thank god, this is the thread for me!!!!
What pisses me off:
Driving where I live. Most of the population is elderly, and drives 10-20 below the speed limit, its ridiculous. You should be going at least the speed limit, preferably 5-10 KM over.... the cops dont bust you until you are speeding excessively, like 15-25KM over.
Next: IF you are going to go slow, and there is 2 lanes, that is fine. GET YOUR ASS OVER TO THE RIGHT THOUGH! The left is a passing lane, not a lane to drive the same speed as the vehicle besde yo so you are blocking both lanes.
Lastly: People who cant maintain their speeds. I flip on my cruise control during my commute, and theres always some jack ass who will go a normal speed, than slow down..fine, ill pass him. While im passing him he picks it up so I have ti accelorate on my cruise control.

WTF is up with students who send me emails and don't sign them? Seems I'm getting a lot more these days and while I usually delete them, it's starting to piss me off. Are quasi-anonymous messages some new trend I don't know about? If you're writing someone to ask something, why the f@ck don't you bother signing your name to let the person know who you are? Am I supposed to be a f@ckin' psychic?! The worst is when they ask me for their grade (and their email is like laura89@hotmail).
