Just watched a lovely short film from 1964 thanks to the BBC posting it on the link below. Not obviously about style or fashion per se (though very entertaining anyway), but contains some great footage of the London exchange and the dress code of that era. Not sure if this is the right place to post this so feel free to move as needs be.

This would be fascinating but is probably only accessible in the UK. I'm in the US and would have loved to see it, as much for the history of finance as for the history of dress.

Man, I'm all about that time, Beatlemania, drainpipe trousers, Beatle boots, uber skinny ties, and flashing those ankles. There's gotta be some way we can view it stateside. My cable provider carries BBC but it mostly covers British finance
