Just purchased an Asus Eee PC 1000H. Awesome little computer! Upgraded it with a 320GB hard drive and 2GB of ram. I love being able to just throw this thing in my briefcase and go.

Dance shoes. Technically they are clothes, but not exactly what I'm pairing with my finest suit.

It's amazing how light they are. And the suede soles work like a charm.

4 Brno Flat bar chairs from the DWR Warehouse sale.
$450 each, will need to replace the leather pads on 2 of them but aside from that they are perfect!

and an Eames Management Chair in the Spinnybeck Leather - Same deal, DWR Warehouse sale, and this was $750. Has some scuffing on the back but nothing that $1250 off the list price won't cure.

After much deliberation between Blendtec and Vita-Mix "super blenders" I decided to go with the Vita-Mix 5200. I prefer the flexibility of the manual switch-like controls on the Vita-Mix compared to the digital pre-programmed buttons on Blendtec. I did enjoy watching the video of Blendtec blending an Iphone 3G though.

Great pen choices!

Never tried Noodlers. I use Parker blue-black Quink almost exclusively.

I've just inherited three Montblancs: Agatha Christie, Oscar Wilde, and a sterling Meisterstuek. Also a Pelikan M800 green demonstrator.

Don't. I have been disappointed. The range of colors is great, but the creep on the nibs is awful. And color variety is overrated. But I have lots of Noodler's and am stuck with them. Learn from my mistake.

The Pelikan 800 is nice. I lost mine (striped, not a demonstrator). I never had a Montblanc.

How grand. The Agatha Christie, along with the Medici, is one of the best looking limited editions.

Indeed. I have a used Cary CD308 on the way. I wonder if I'd be able to tell the difference between that and my old Sony CDP 990?
