Has anyone spotted any of the 40$ Raw/One-Wash Selvedge Slim-Bootcut RRLs at any RL outlets in So Cal recently?

I have a question about sizing. I know the sizing is kind of weird (tagged size 30 measures 35??), so I was wondering if that's because the jeans are unsanforized? Are the jeans supposed to shrink to their tagged size after a hot soak?

If that's not the case how do you get a pair of RRL's that measure 30 in the waist? Buy a 26?

that must be some of the old product with wonky sizing. the new stuff is sanforized and it should fit more true to size. It has been correct sizing the whole time we have had it.

If anyone is interested these are RRL Straight Fit 32x32.
They are distressed but nicely. I only paid $30 and an RL outlet.

Are those for sale?
If so, I'll take them off your hands.
PM me.

I'm NOT a fan of boot cut jeans, but i just got a pair of slim boot cuts from ebay based on this picture from DenimBar.

The boot cut seems pretty tame, no??

RRL's boot cut is pretty tame. Barely any flare at all. I despise boot cuts normally and I like the RRL boot cuts.

I just bought a pair of Slim Fit at a RL outlet, for only 27 dollars. They are 32x34, which is a bit long on me. I'll post pics later. Any chance they will shrink? I'll be dragging even if I cuff them, so if they won't shrink, I'll get them hemmed.

Anyway, I'm ecstatic. They seem to be really nice jeans, and dirt cheap. I can get another pair if anyone really wants em.

The one Mauro is wearing in that pic for example measure one size big in the waist so to buy them so they properly fit in the wiast means a VERY slim boot cut

As you can see in that pic, the wash is ******* beautiful.

Also, if anyone wants the straight leg version, selvedge, et cetera, I can get quite a few pairs of those in varying sizes. Only one pair of slim though. 32x34 for those.

I have limited funds to do this whole proxy thing, but happy to do it if you're interested.

I'll totally trade jeans for a kickass belt. I need one.

EDIT: So, to clarify, there are only two available fits. The aforementioned slim pair, and then the straight pair, pics of which can be found directly above me. I believe they are raw, but I'm not sure. They are definitely selvedge.

Also, I have no idea how to determine if these jeans are raw. The tag, and inner pocket both say to wash as few times as possible, and wear as long as possible before doing so, warning that the indigo will fade.

Basically do the jean's look like the two fits posted on this page (Mauro and jermdizz) or are they a much darker blue with no apparent fades. You can tell Jermdizz's pair is not raw by looking at the thigh. There are different shades of indigo on them hinting that the jeans are not in the raw state and have been distressed.

Well, here are some images of the jeans. It seems like they might not be raw, as they are not uniform. They are however very stiff to wear.

So, those are the slim fit, of which I can find two more. The straight fit, are, after further inspection, a bit of a mixed bag. Some look raw, with only slightly lighter shades of blue on a bit of the knees, while others seem to be like the above ones, and not raw. They have slight brownish discolorations on them, but its fairly hard to see. Sizes are mostly 32s.
