The "Prince Albert" piercing was allegedly invented for this very reason. He'd regularly get boners in embarrassing situations and so eventually had his bell-end pierced with a ring so he could tie it to his leg during state functions.

One of my students, a kuwaiti kid, would always be cupping and touching his junk through his pocket all the damn time. It was only a matter of time until he got a hard-on, and it creeped me out so much. He'd be asking me a question about grammar or a correction on his paper while wearing thin sweatpants pitching a tent. Trying to help him without looking at ********* trying to leap out against his pants was disturbingly futile. Worse than the time someone went commando and exposed themselves during jiujitsu.
