woe's shoes rock and I like the color that gets tied together from the windowpane, to shoes to bag.

furthermore, his pants look great, nice length, socks look good (better than if he went sockless) and nice touch and interplay between the aubergine of the coat and the edge of the PS.

The pants, tie and shirt are nice and non-invasive colors that make this work.

yes they're obviously real suspenders the question as clearly stated was where the **** are the buttons placed to allow so much of the tab to show above the waistband,

to which the obvious answer is "way way way too high" - indeed so high as to raise a doubt that the tabs are fastened to anything at all

but rather glued/stapled/velcroed to the shirt itself
