Another use for black suits

While SF mandates that black suits are only acceptable for funerals and formal wear, and I believe we overlooked an important third occasion: sentencing in a federal insider trader case.

From the NYT: "Mr. Rajaratnam, dressed in a black suit, had no expression as the verdict was read in the overflowing courtroom."

No wonder he was found guilty on all counts.

Actually, I don't think he looks too bad. Part of the reason we don't wear black is that it looks too harsh next to our pasty white skin. I'm not sure our rules apply to everybody though.

I'm not sure what's up with people who think black is slimming, but other dark colors aren't.

In any case, that's a great tricky for girls with a little belly fat, but it's of no use to a large man. To a big dude, being the large black thing contrasting the room will make you look no thinner.

Yeah, that's what he thought about insider trading, too...
