Don't know where you're located, but head down to the most traditional men's clothier in town and you'll find brands like Berle, Corbin, Asher-Winer, etc., all of which make some excellent quality flannels in your price range. Those companies don't do a lot of advertising, have their own stores, etc., so they can keep their prices lower than places like BB.
