It's less than half the scale of the suit stripe so I'd disagree; however, the type of cloth (oxford?) strikes me as too sport coat/casual against the worsted.

For me the ensemble looks harmonious and the colors are well chosen.

Disagree. It's perfectly fine. The pocket square just needs to tuck itself in (a lot) more and the shoes need to commit seppuku.
