i sent paul some pics of my party food pics coming

Menu-

Sweetbreads ( pan seared) with fava beans and tomato compote
Grilled calves liver with mustard mash potatoes and red cabbage
pumpkin soup with chicken liver , shallots, and kidney
braised short ribs with carrots, onions,and some other goodness
whole chickens livers pan fried with pistachios, and some other stuff ( i forgot)

Lemon tart
fruit tart
chocolate covered pretzels with different toppings.

A **** ton of booze.

Me too, and as you may know Fist of the North Star comes out tomorrow so this will be my last night on COD 5 for a few months.
