The better question is why do people need to post so many bad outfits. I'm not saying that I dress great so there is no need for me to post a picture. The people that are posting pictures think they look great and they don't most of the time. If I wear something that I think looks great I will post it but I would not make a fool out of myself just to post a picture.

Not even sure if that dude is trolling. More likely he just hasn't come to grips with the fact that a) whether someone looks good or not is subjective and informed by personal preferences as well as knowing what you're talking about, and b) he probably doesn't know what he's talking about.
