Avatar is such garbage and these nominations prove it, best picture but no best writing nom? How can you have the best picture of the year yet not even get a nomination for the SCRIPT!! I guess even all the hollywood liberals couldn't buy into all the crap in that script. Titanic (also by Cameron) didn't have a writing nom; this is a very rare occurrence in Oscar history.
