he is mostly into like rag&bone and the like. i dont want to spend more than 200 since i dropped like 400 on xmas for him.

Why don't you go to Odin and get him one of those tweed caps? Some are quite nice. I also saw some cool silk bowties at BBlessing.

cigars, booze - something interesting , small print for wall of office, first addition, lunch at a nice place, very high end spice (like a few ounces of safron that he wouldn't buy himself)

I think that the trick with this stuff is high end stuff that he would like but wouldn't buy himself.
