Finish this cut by the end of February (~15-20 more lbs). Loosen up my diet so I can maintain low bf% while being a pig. Not get injured.
Might try to qualify in Tough Mudder in October, once I'm done with this cut I'll probably start training for that.
600 deadlift, 500 squat
315 push press..but this one is a bit much optimistic

My fitness has gone to crap since I stopped doing a physical job 3 years ago. I used to be able to do 10k in 45 minutes. I want to get back to somewhere near this and lose at least a stone.
Making my goals somewhat easy.
I can just about do all of those right now, but I'm just a tad under 200lbs. Want to drop down to 185 and get down to single digit bf% while still maintaining that strength
Oh and i want to look like a male model but lift like a powerlifter..

right now I'm 180. I can pull off 4 reps on mediocre days, 5 when things click? after that, i just get stuck halfway.
