Get a non ***** bench press
run and do non lifting ****.
Making my goals somewhat easy.
405 dead
335 squat
275 bench
I can just about do all of those right now, but I'm just a tad under 200lbs. Want to drop down to 185 and get down to single digit bf% while still maintaining that strength
Oh and i want to look like a male model but lift like a powerlifter..
what have you able to do 175+100 x what?
