Update....already dropped 3 lbs. Been working out doing core exercise each day. I'll be washing my shirts on my stomach shortly
solid. im over 200 now, 205 to be exact. havent done pullups in a while but my current + 20lbs is ROUGH
200/300/400 Bench/Squat/Deadlift while maintaining 30" waistline.
Get my abs to be fully visible again, not just when flexing. Get BF down to less than 8 or 7%... optimum goal would be 4-5%, but thats a long shot... especially since I have a genetic tendency for skinny-fat.
Lose a stone of fat
Level 10.2 on a bleep test
50 situps in two minutes
44 pressups in two minutes
On a treadmill at 2 degrees: 2.4km in 12 minutes 30, a minutes rest, then 2.4km in 10 minutes 30
Lose another half a stone
Goals 1 and 2 are what I need to do or really want to do, 3 and 4 would be added bonuses but aren't that important.
Marathon in 4 hours, loose the 3 kg I gained in the last 3 months, 10k in 45 mins, 5k in 21:30.
Some of these are pretty optimistic but thats how I roll when it comes to lifting. All of these are raw goals.
Lift 335 Atlas Stone
Log C+J 275
Dip Total Weight 400
Log Incline Bench 360
Log Strict Press 230
Log C+PP 250
Also maybe enter a PL meet and total 12-1300 raw.
Just woundering what weight class are you? Strong lifts.
I'm 190 right now, I'd like to be 200. These are optimistic goals though, I'm still a ways away from these, lol.

Hard to maintain. My goal is BMI 23.5 and 5% body fat maintained at 158 lbs.
Derek, where are your lifts now?
Lose 40lbs of fat. Put on 20lbs of muscle.
This will require lifting - which I haven't done in a year.
Also running - which I haven't done in a year.
