They just said worst.

That was a deliberate choice, too, when I created the thread. There is a clear distinction between "most disappointing" and "worst." X-Men 3 was disappointing, whereas Superman IV was tragic.

If we're going to use worst film to mean stand-alone, purely-in-its-own-context horrible, then I put up The Room. Saw a screening a few months back, quite entertaining.

Probably seen it about 12 times, including a screening with Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sestero on my birthday last year. Got an autographed DVD.

Not a sequel though.

Troll 2's not really a sequel either. Tbh I just wanted an excuse to post clips of The Room. I stand by Highlander II for worst sequel. To quote Ebert "Highlander 2: The Quickening is the most hilariously incomprehensible movie I've seen in many a long day -- a movie almost awesome in its badness."

Tremors 4. The first Tremors--- ******* badass as ****. 2 & 3--- okay. The fourth sucked. they went back to the origins of the town back in the 1800s. What a ************* that movie was. Put a stain on my favorite movie franchise.

Not true. Many films have perfect zeros. For example Highlander II or Alone In the Dark.

I prefer PA2. I feel that Bobcat Goldthwait is able to attain his peak as an actor in this picture.

You are right. I stand corrected.

Uh... it's officially the sequel to the movie Troll. American Psycho 2 is officially the sequel to the movie American Psycho. The technical term for it is "companion piece" or "stand alone sequel" but nobody calls them that but film nerds.

At least American Psycho 2 had some vestigial link to the film (the bullshit with Patrick Bateman in the very beginning.) There is absolutely NO link between Troll and Troll 2, other than the word "Troll".

Then again, I am a film nerd, though I don't get to watch too much.

First of all, The Room isn't a sequel. Second, it is ******* awesome. I have seen it more than 10 times. It is the Rocky Horror Picture Show of our generation. The ultimate so bad it's good movie.

YOU'RE TEARING ME APART, LISA!!!

Dude, I am so ******* jealous. I went to a midnight screening at the Sunset Laemmle about a year ago, and the only person in the audience from the cast was that chucklehead who plays the therapist. Tommy himself was supposed to be there but didn't make it.

I have a picture of the top of Tommy's head as he signed my dvd. His hair was terrifyingly greasy!
