I'm on my feet all day at work, on a concrete floor, and I could use a good pair of shoes/sneakers/boots. I had some Merrel hiking sneakers in the past that were pretty good and had good ventilation (they were the Ventilators actually). If anyone has other recommendations I'm all ears. I'd like to get something light-weight with good support.
Thanks!

Can you put down some rubber cushioning floor mats ala Grainger supply?

We have some rubber mats, but there's still gonna be a lot of uncovered concrete. It wouldn't really be feasible to cover the whole shop. Thanks for the suggestion though.
