Will these jeans shrink

I purchased two pairs of levis 502 taper jeans and I'm trying to figure out which pair to keep. The size 33 is too small in the thigh area and crotch area but the waist fits nice. The 34s waist is looser but fits a lot better in the crotch and thighs and going 90 degrees feel fine to. Do you think the jeans will shrink or should I stick with the 33 and it might stretch out in the thigh/crotch.

I doubt those jeans will shrink a noticeable amount. As you said, the jeans will stretch with wear. After a full day of wearing, the 33's might stretch out a half a size in the seat/thigh. After a couple of days, they'll probably stretch a full size in seat/thigh. Each time you wash them they'll revert to that original size, so how often you plan to wash them should factor into your decision.
